I picked this up last year in the hopes that I would find time to use it. That has not happened, no time to enjoy. So insteed of just letting it set around, I have decided to let it go to some one that can use it. I have not had time to check out anything other then the 12v lighting system.

It has a 45 amp inverter(works), new water storage tank(not big), water pump w/switch(come on, but no water in system), water heater, furnace, stove w/oven, stove vent w/fan & light(works), refrigerator, black water storage tank, the bathroom is one of those all in one units.

Unit comes with Camper Jacks, and 2 turnbuckles.

The previous owner repaired the roof over the bed, and installed a new escape vent(see pic).

It does need a couple of things. 1) Cover for exterior door light is missing. 2) A small piece of roof in bathroom is comming loose(see pic). 3) The cabinet under sink needs a little repair.

The previous owner said that everything worked, but as I have not had time to verify this, it is sold AS IS-WHERE IS.

This must be picked up here, or can arrange to deliver this within 200 miles for $45 or 1.25 per loaded mile. Which ever is greater.

NOTE: This is way to heavy for a 1/2 truck. It weighs over 2500 lbs.
